About Hamlet

Hamlet Lin Yiu Bong is an arttecher trying to blur the boundary between art, science and technology. His areas of interest include interactive design, electronic, mechanics, artificial intelligence and theoretical biology. Current researches include cellular automata, ant behaviors and genetic programming. Inspired by various complex systems found in nature, he always applies them in his works.

He graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a degree of Creative Media. With the scholarship of Swedish Institute, he is now furthering his Master degree of Science in Applied Information Technology at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.

His works have been shown internationally during the past few years. In 2005, he was invited to be one of the review committee members in a special issue of the journal Digital Creativity.
